His distinguished career includes executive leadership roles with Richmond, Fremantle and Port Adelaide Football Clubs, Chief Executive Officer of the AFL Coaches Association, senior consulting experience with KPMG, and governance experience as a board member of North Melbourne Football Club. Known for his down-to-earth approach and focus on building strong relationships, Mark is committed to helping Clublinks deliver exceptional experiences that create happiness for customers, clients, teams and communities across Australia.

Hi, I’m Anthony! I commenced with Clublinks in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer and moved in the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2014. I have a strategic marketing and market research background and am responsible for business strategy, culture and ongoing client relationships. I love communicating with my teams and have started a weekly VLOG to share updates and insights – an acting career may be on the cards!

Hi, I am Anthony, Chief Operating Officer! I have spent over 20 years in the sports and recreation industry working in senior leadership positions for the YMCA and have been with the Clublinks team for over six years. I’ve been fortunate enough to manage some of the largest leisure and aquatic venues and contracts in Australia, re-engineering and providing strategic and operational support to key stakeholders.

Hi, I am Kate, Chief People & Corporate Services Officer! I lead our Corporate Services team which includes People & Culture, Marketing, IT, Finance, OHS and Risk Management.

I have over 25 years’ experience within the Learning & Development, Human Resources and General Management fields.

I have worked across multiple industries including Retail, Hospitality, Racing and Professional Services with dynamic and ever-changing workforces including large casual contingents and am a forever proud Clublinksinian.

Hi all, I’m Steve, State Manager for NSW. I have enjoyed a colourful 20-year journey from closing leveraged finance trades in the UK, to climbing through the golf operations ranks at some of Sydney’s premium golf clubs. I am now running one of the most successful and vibrant golf entertainment facilities in Australia, at Moore Park Golf. Most recently we have expanded the footprint in the Moore Park precinct through the acquisition of The Toll House Management Contract and have further plans to expand the precinct into a full suite of family health and entertainment options. Hi, I’m Tom, State Manager, Victoria for Clublinks! I manage a talented team of Venue Managers for our clients in VIC and have spent over 15 years in the sports and recreation industries working in leisure and recreation departments within local government. Much of that time was spent developing some of Australia’s premium aquatic facilities, particularly WaterMarc, Greensborough where I was intimately involved through the concept, feasibility, design and operation.

Erin is a purpose-driven marketing and communications leader with senior experience across the corporate, not-for-profit, education and leisure sectors.

With a sleeves-up, collaborative approach, she is known for building strong brands, engaging communities, and delivering impact through campaigns that make a real difference.

Hey, my name is Steph and my role is General Manager for Communities in NSW. I hold a Class 1 License in Strata Management and a Statement of Attainment in Team Leader Skill Set

I have been working in the Strata industry since 2014, starting as a repairs assistant, then moving into an assistant strata manager for a short period of time and following into strata manger role. Over this time, I have managed a diverse portfolio ranging from small to large strata schemes, BMC, Neighbourhood, Precinct and Community Associations. Previously I was working at a horse racing stables where I had quite a bad accident – following this, I happened to be speaking to a contact of mine through horses who owned a strata company, long story short she gave me a foot in the door, and I have never looked back.

When I reflect on what it is about my job that I love – although strata and community management can be quite a rollercoaster, I really enjoy what I do. I love working closely with our stakeholders to ensure we help deliver the best service possible to make their life easier. After all, it is essentially their home that we manage.

Hi, I’m Troy and the Group Manager for the Darebin Venues. I have over 24 years industry experience and have managed facilities in Regional and Metropolitan Australia and Internationally in the UK. I have worked in national leadership positions with large organisations across local government/community recreation, private Fitness companies and University sectors. I joined Clublinks as I wanted to join an organisation who I knew walked the talk in culture and values and delivers a unique, tailored management solution to partners. My passions are that I love seeing people at their best, exercising, having fun and connecting through Sport, Fitness and Leisure activities.

As a third generation hotelier, I started my hospitality career at the tender age of 14, working in a competitor hotel to the family business. Shortly after finishing my Chef apprenticeship, I began working in a Michelin star restaurant with an Australian Chef, who inspired me to come to Perth. At the age of 19, I joined the Swiss Army where I quickly rose to the ranks of Corporal Executive Chef and in 2001 I decided to travel to Australia, to never go back home. In 2011, I relocated to WA where I continued my senior managements career in the craft brewing industry and in international 4 star hotels until embracing suburban life and coming onboard with Clublinks in August 2021. I joined Clublinks as I loved the culture and the philosophy of the business. I also was ready for a new challenge and wanted to learn something new and was fascinated by the opportunity of learning golf facility management by some of the operators in the business. My biggest passion definitely has to be my love for food and beverage and I feel blessed that my work and passion have always aligned, waking up each day and going to work doing what you love doesn’t even feel like work most of the time.

Hi my name is Jono and I've spent the last 18 years working in Sport for Development, Community Engagement and Strategic Facility Management most recently within the AFL and Local Government. I recently joined the team at Clublinks as the VM for Centenary Park and have found the company to have a fresh and innovative approach to facility management. I'm really excited about continuing to create a social hub for people to connect and love their golf at Centenary Park. Outside of work my family is my number 1 priority and passion. Weekend regulars to CP will often see me with my kids on the practice facilities!

Hey hey! I’m Stefan, Finance manager of Clublinks. I’ve gained a wealth of experience working in public practice accounting firms specialising in tax, audit and superannuation and working with a variety of clients in various industries. One day an opportunity popped up with Clublinks and after jumping at it, I have never looked back. I strongly believe that there is more to finance than just numbers and the best part of working for Clublinks is that I get to lead a fun and dynamic team of kick ass accountants.

Hi there, i’m Ash and have had extensive background in aquatic and leisure management having worked at numerous aquatic organisations including Life Saving Victoria, Melbourne State Sports Centres, and URBNSURF before joining Clublinks in 2022. I was recently recognised having received various awards from WorkSafe Victoria and National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA). I joined the team at Clublinks as wanted to work for a new emerging industry leader that incorporated multiple leisure offerings. Additionally, I was seeking a role that considered a greater balance across operations, education, OHS to be able to make long-term changes that support the development of systems and people. I’m motivated by helping others, challenging traditional systems, processes, adopting creative approaches and ultimately fostering safe work environments. As a safety professional, I enjoy a balance of communicating with clients and coworkers, knowing my work influences risk and safety outcomes.

Hi there, I’m Gemma, a Venue Manager for Clublinks based at Collier Park Golf. Having moved into marketing and business development over 15 years ago, I’ve spent the last decade working in and on sport, recreation and hospitality venues in the wider Perth area. I lead a fantastic team of PGA Golf Pros and Operations Assistants who are busy creating an exciting future for Collier Park Golf through coaching and providing a premium service for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Hi, I am Mitch, the Venue Manager at Minnippi Golf & Range. I have been with the business just over five years and bring with me over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness and leisure industries. I have over 10 years’ facility management experience and have worked for Fitness First Australia and Goodlife Healthclubs. I manage a small operational team and major stakeholders of the Golf Course (including the Brisbane City Council) in order to deliver a fantastic service to the community of Cannon Hill and beyond.

Hey, I'm Sus! I have been in the industry since 2009. I’m passionate about the Health, Fitness and Aquatic industry and the positive effects it has on people’s lives. Also love being in environments where I am constantly learning and offering that same environment for others. Have been to countless industry-based conferences over the years which has been a constant source of education for me. I joined Clublinks because of the hyper personalised approach they take for their clients matched up with a keen interest in the UNSW Venue Manager role itself. When I saw the role, I could see how much potential and opportunity there was for the Fitness & Aquatic Centre to support all stakeholders at UNSW and the community. The scale of the services on offer excited me.

Hi, I’m Jessie, Venue Manager for NARC. I’ve been a leader in the Aquatics and Leisure industries for over 10 years. This includes experience stadiums, pools and health clubs within universities, the private health and fitness sectors and local Government. I have a huge passion for sport, am an avid footballer and have a desire for leading and developing people and overseeing major projects to encourage better communities.

Hi, I’m Scott and I’m the Venue Manager at UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre. I’ve worked across the sport, fitness and community recreation industry for over 20 years, leading teams and turning venues into high performing, people focused spaces. My experience spans both the UK and Australia, across private, government and university sectors. What gets me up in the morning is people. I love building teams, shaping culture and making sure staff and members feel genuinely seen and supported. I joined Clublinks because I connected with the values, the energy and the commitment to delivering tailored solutions for partners. The opportunity to lead the UNSW site, with its scale and scope, felt like a perfect match. Outside of work you’ll find me chasing after my daughter, supporting Liverpool or trying to squeeze in a round of golf or a kickabout. I believe in showing up, doing things properly and creating environments where people grow.
