Simple high quality food, elegant casual surrounds
and friendly service are the hallmarks of the newly opened restaurant “Stones” at
Sandhurst Club. Head Chef Matthew Green and his team have created
a menu that is flexible and fresh, featuring seasonal local ingredients.
The menu has so far featured entrees such as Moroccan Vegetable Tagine,
main courses such as slow braised Veal Shank and delicious desserts
such as Blueberry Trifle.
