ClubLINKS Security is a fully licensed Private Security
operation, providing guard patrolling and alarm monitoring services
for Residents at Sandhurst Club. We are also registered for
the purpose of providing Security Advice and Equipment Installation
services to Residents. ClubLINKS Security exists to provide a safe
and secure environment for residents and guests within Melbourne’s
leading integrated golfing communities.
Residents are entitled to free monitoring of their alarm system
via the ClubLINKS Security Alarm Monitoring System.
If you would like us to connect your home to our Home Security
Monitoring system please complete the Alarm Commissioning form and
return it to us. As soon as we receive your authority we will arrange
to bring you online.
ClubLINKS Security Services
ClubLINKS Security offers a range of services for preserving your
home alarm system’s optimal condition and maintaining performance
reliability. See below for information regarding these services and
the associated charges.
Please note: Tenants should check with their landlords and Real
Estate Agents about the arrangements in place for payment of these
services.

Alarm Commissioning
In order for us to provide monitoring services to you, your home you must have a fully commissioned alarm system. We can assist those residents who do not have commissioned alarms by arranging for a fully licensed alarm technician to attend to your property. Our technician will assess your alarm system’s compliance to your Club’s security guidelines and ensure it is operating correctly. To arrange for your alarm system to be commissioned please complete the relevant Alarm Commissioning Form and return it to us, or call the ClubLINKS Security Control Room on 1300 880 809.

Alarm Service
As with smoke detectors, it is recommended under Australian Standards that residents have their home alarm system serviced every thirteen months to ensure that they are operating at their optimum capacity. ClubLINKS Security is available to service your home alarm system at your request. We will check all sensors, test communication with the control room, replace batteries and provide you with details of any system problems. For residents whose alarms require repairs, ClubLINKS Security can arrange for our licensed alarm technician to visit your home and rectify any faults. This service may include diagnosis of system faults, rework, repairs or replacement of hardware. This service is billed on a time and material basis depending on the requirements of each job. Cost: $89.50 per hour, incl. GST (Batteries and parts are additional charges as required)
