ClubLINKS is a family-owned company held by company CEO Mark Brayshaw that provides 5 important services on behalf of the management and members of Sanctuary Lakes Club and Sandhurst Club.

Accounting
First, our back-of-house accounting service allows Club management to outsource the bulk of the Management Accounting function, including Payroll and IT, to our team of experts. Importantly, we also manage Club Members’ individual House Accounts which are linked to their ClubLINKS Cards.

Concierge Services
Resident and Golf Members at Sanctuary Lakes Club and Sandhurst Club have access to a range of Concierge Services provided by a suite of Preferred Suppliers. This unique service is provided by ClubLINKS and utilises each Member’s House Account and ClubLINKS Card for payment.

Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) function is performed by ClubLINKS’ team of experienced architects and draftsmen, to ensure every home complies with the Clubs' Homebuilding Design Codes.

ClubCom Utilities
Particularly at Sandhurst Club, but also within the gated neighbourhoods at Sanctuary Lakes Club, ClubLINKS manage ClubCom Utilities to provide Communications Services, including IP Telephony, Ultra-High Speed Broadband and Foxtel.

ClubLINKS Security
Lastly, and most recently, our subsidiary company ClubLINKS Security has been engaged by the Clubs to provide Private Security services, 24/7. These include Remote Alarm Monitoring and Security Guard Patrolling.
